Dubai Estate ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we do with it, and the rights you have under the UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the GDPR where applicable.
What we collect
- Identity data — name, email, phone, language preference
- Inquiry data — budget, preferred area, residency status, intent (buy/sell/rent/mortgage)
- Technical data — IP address country, user agent, UTM parameters from the inbound URL
- Communication preferences — WhatsApp consent, email consent
Why we collect it
- To match you with one RERA-licensed broker who fits your brief
- To send you the Dubai market briefing newsletter (only if you opted in)
- To improve our research and tooling (anonymised, aggregated)
Who we share it with
We share your inquiry with one RERA-licensed broker per inquiry — the single best match on area, budget, language and intent. We do not auction your data, we do not share with multiple brokers, and we do not sell to third parties.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data is retained for 24 months after your last interaction, then anonymised. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@example.com.
Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL and the GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data. To exercise any of these, email hello@example.com with your name and the email address you used.
Cookies
