Dubai Estate exists because the Dubai property internet is dominated by listing portals whose business model is selling the same lead to multiple brokers, and by broker websites whose research is incentivised by their next commission. Neither serves a buyer who wants to think clearly before signing.

We are an independent publisher. We don't sell listings, we don't sell broker memberships, and we don't sell your data. Our research is built from publicly available DLD transaction data, RERA records, KHDA school ratings, RTA infrastructure plans, and the published rates pages of UAE banks — refreshed daily.

How we make money

When you ask us to introduce you to a broker, we route you to one RERA-licensed partner broker — not five — who matches your brief on area, budget, language and intent. That broker pays a referral fee on completed transactions. You don't pay us. Your data isn't auctioned.

What we don't do

• We don't list properties. There are 50,000+ Dubai listings on Bayut and Property Finder; we have nothing to add to that catalogue.
• We don't act as a broker. We are a publisher and lead-gen platform; brokerage is performed by RERA-licensed partners.
• We don't sell your contact details. One introduction, one broker, your consent at every step.
